Are there 2 revisions of the A7V?

I thought there was only 1 revision, and it has the mutipler unlock control right?

AFAIK there are 4 different boards with 2 different revisions. They are: rev 1.01 with and without audio and rev 1.02 with and without audio. For multi dip boards, get the one without audio.

Thanks. This will be my first AMD setup. I decided not to order from Atacom, and went with Sunway graphics since I bought my P3V4X from them and was very pleased with the prompt service.

wow, haven't seen john in a while... it's an excellent board...

i wonder what asus has up its sleeve with DDR boards...

anyway, i'd recommend anyone willing to wait to get the DDR if they are power users.

Hey john what speed cpu are you going to put in there i'm guessing a 850 and up? and What made you go from intel to amd?

You were wise to not go with ATACOM. I found out after ordering from them that there are several complaints on file with the BBB against them. I've filed one of those complaints. They shipped me a defective product and have refused to stand behind it.

yep two revsions. with audio and without. I think all the ones without video come with dip switches and all the ones with don't. i think

Strange. I have ordered 3 Duron 650's unlocked (2 the first order, 1 the second order) and I have had no problems.
