Someone made a joke in an anti-pics thread about the mods being a bit lenient about pics and that led me to wondering... what do you think the ratio is of male to female mods?

Everyone knows that mods are neither male nor female, they are simply "Mod," the same way the Borg are "Borg."
 
I don't get how the mod system works. Are they dedicated ppl who sit here 24/7 modding the posts and making sure that the PICS rule is enforced? Or are they users with high rank that can post on their own account AND have mod status?
