By fill and bleed you are just talking about a resevoir with valves or whatever to fill of bleed the system, right? If so you should be able to take it to LAN's though that will depend somewhat on how well you install it. Keep in mind though, with all the water cooling equipment in there, your case will be pretty heavy.
If you are wondering about the water preasure and whether the resevoir below the radiator will be a problem, it won't. I've used an in-line config (no resevoir) in all my systems and having the filler tube below the rest of the system has never been a problem. Just make sure the tubes leading out from the resevoir dip down a little below it before going up.
Thats a good radiator you're getting there and I like the your idea for setting it up, its something I've been thinking about myself actually. You could even make a duct type thing to pull air into the radiator from the front of the case (since you'll most likely be using 1 or 2 of the 5.25 inch bays for the radiator/fans).
