I just bought this motherboard, and noticed that when you compare the memtest 86 3.2 memory bandwidth read -out, it does not match the rated bandwidth of the ddr. (the displayed BW is about 20% less)
SO the overclock numbers you get on this board are not real because the resulting bandwidth does not match the memtest bandwidth readout (sisoft I dont know about)
i.e. on two sticks of ocz ddr 3200 platinum edition (ocz400512eldcpe-k) you will not see 1600 or anything close. it will be something like 1267 MB/ second and if you tweek the genis bios settings it will go to about 1320 MB's stable (memtest 3.2 test 5 has no errors)
for me, I think this board runs all ram at 333ddr (while you can OC...
On the msi neo FIS2 (s754 msi-6702) memtest is around 1543 when a 3000+ (130u 512cache) is used.
(and using 1 ds ocz platinum and 2 ss ocz platinum.)
has anyone else noticed this? (what was the memtest bandwidth read out for the 616ddr or 308 fsb overclock?)
also, the dfi ut3 can not run 2 ds sticks at greater than 333 ddr. (read the pdf manual section on the ddr modules) or 1 ds and 2 ss sticks.
(it could be the new 3400+ that I am using but I doubt it...)
