It seems like all the major media outlets are really playing up how there is twice as much security for the Bush inauguration than there ever was in the past. Is this because when the democrats lose we can expect them to kill someone? I can think of no other reason. Its pretty revealing when the democrats constantly try to portray the Republican's as the ones who support assault rifles, etc.. yet when a Republican gets elected to office, it seems like their life is in more danger than when a Democrat does.. amazing.

Yes, there is a plot to assassinate GW on Saturday. However, the the Bush advisors have already formulated a counter-plan to foil the attempt. I don't want to give too much away, but it involves releasing a large quantity of chimpanzees on location just prior to the ceremoney.
