Are Swiffer dry cloths dangerous for static sensitive items?

I've used them to clean the inside of my system before, no problems encountered.

Static sensitive as in how? You probably shouldn't be cleaning actual motherboards/RAM/CPU with it, but the outside casing, sure.

I don't have any compressed air available atm, thanks though.

QFT = Quote For Truth.

Get a 4 pack compressed air costco. Best value. I use swiffer dry and wet sheets to clean computer parts. Wet sheets are better because they don't "break apart" like cotton balls.
