Are Super Talent T800UX2GC4s any good?

Hey guys, I just bought a pair of Super Talent T800UX2GC4s PC-800 ddr2 ram for my eventual e6600 system.

My concern is that the heatspreaders on mine seem to be made of plastic!! I do plan on OCing to 1000 and was wondering if these are any good and whether I should worry the heatspreaders are made of plastic.
 
they overclock well.

i have a pair capable of ddr2-950 @ 4-4-4-10.

depending on the week they were made, they could be micron d9's or elpidas.
