are spies and sabatuers handled differently than POWs under the geneva convention?

i don't want to know what 'we' think, i want to know if there is a provision in the geneva convention itself dealing with spies. maybe i should just look it up on lexis.
 
Look up The Law Of Armed Conflict. Namely, Chapter 3 section 5.
