Are Sparkle Power Suppplies Good?

Reason I ask is this:

I am running the following system off a Sparkle 235 Watt PS:

Duron 800 Ovrclocked to 1 GIG
Abit kt7-raid
256 meg of Crucial pc 133 cas2 ram
Matrox g400
Soundblaster Live
Yamaha 16-10-40 Burner
Acer 50X reader
Zip 100
Alpha 6035

From everything I have read posted - I should not be able to run this . But in fact, it all works wonderfully stable.

I have a 300 watt ps new in the box - but see no need to swich.

Are sparkle that good, or am I just lucky?

Have a Sparkle power supply (labeled Aopen) 250watt in my daughter's mid tower. I like it, very reliable
