Are sATA1 and sATA2 RAID on the DFI LanParty UT nF3 250GB locked?

Hi Guys,
I was setting up this board and will overclock soon, I would like to know if this board with the drives connected to sATA1 and sATA2, will the ports lock when I overclock? Or do I have to move my drives to sATA3 and sATA4?
Anyone who has this board can tell me?

SATA 1-2 are not locked. Drives must be on SATA 3-4 to go over 240 HTT. These are the ones between the AGP slot and the CPU socket.
