This is interesting info as I wasn't sure whether a change in driver version affects a card's ability to overclock or not.
I was thinking it strange that VisionTek would include an overclocking utility with the card, yet it wouldn't budge a mere 3MHz? By chance, was the driver that came with the card version 3.4?
I have mounted an 80mm L1A Panaflo blowing diagonally across my card's heatsink for overclocking, even though it showed no problems with the stock fan. Airflow is better and the L1A is quieter.
