outside charcoal grill is used 90%. the $2k gas grill set hasnt been used once(just the stove, sink, fridge). The island bbq is mainly used for grilling vegetables and such before cooking so they dont absorb so much oils. on occasion steak and chicken breasts.

also use it to heat foods in those metal serving trays.
