Are official NEF threads allowed in this forum?

Nef is someone that joined the forums and wanted to go through the statuseseses/stati/whatever fast so he made post after post to get there. Now, if there is something stupid or someone that is posting nonsense....they are a nef. Or my personal favorite...Neftard. You can also do a search on it and get links.
