Are my voltages OK?

Checking my voltages with the via Hardware monitor, my voltages are:

vcore value =1.95v
2.5v value = .35v
3.3v value = 3.41v
5v value = 4.91v
12v value = 12.37v

Why is my 2.5v value only .35v? Is this normal?

My system is:
Iwill kk266
1333 Athlon running at 1400 (140*10)
768MB Crucial Memory cas2
