i dont know if this is normal. but my gpu temps look way too high at idle.
are there any other gtx 275 users and what are ur temps like?
im using 2 msi n275gtx twin frozr 896mb cards.
also, how do the other temps look and does this mean its not gonna be easy to oc my cpu??

also please do check out the screenshot of hardware monitor's readings:

it was on 2% load.
anyway. i tried using riva tuner to bring down the gpu temps by scheduling different fan speeds.
i used 60% fan speed for 60 - 79 degrees
80% for 80-85
100% for more than 86degrees.
on idle it became like around 60 but when i was playing cod4 the temps still went up to 105degrees!
thats like extremely hot.

is this safe?

help!

Hmm, 105 C is nearing the safe limit. If one is getting that high, try improving case airflow, or you may need to check out an RMA. could just be airflow though. And was the fan actually at 100% when reaching 105C? Might want to keep fan on 100% for that card.

Also, I believe this belongs in video cards and graphics?
