Hey WC and OC enthusiast, I hope you can help me out with a question regarding correct temperatures for my first water cooling build.
Do you guys know if my temperatures look correct for my setup? My ambient is currently 69-71F. My idle temperatures are 20-22C.
i7-6700k (OC’d to 4.9GHz - 1.4v, 4.0ghz cache, DDR4 at 2133 - 82C max temp after 12hr Aida 64).

My Setup:
Define S from Fractal Design
i7-6700k Temps vary between 0-5C of each cores with the above-mentioned information
2x Black Ice Nemesis GTS 360mm radiators Hardware Labs (one intake front and one exhaust top)
6x Corsair SP120 Red Led 120mm fans
1x default Fractal Design 140mm fan (bottom intake fan)
Kingpin GTX 980 Ti (31-32C idle – 120+ core clock (1550 max boost) 50C max temp after 30 min of heaven benchmark)

Do these seem like correct temperatures for my setup? I have the Corsair Red LED SP120 on 100% speed. Should I buy the Corsair 120 High Performance PWM ones? Would the high performance PWM fans even help with the radiators being at 16-17 FPI and being so thin as it is (30mm)? Any other suggestions guys?

If all fails, I’m definitely hoping to de-lid my CPU in the future once I get a vise. I really hope I can hit the mythical 5.0 GHz once I get everything set up.

Is that cpu stable at 4.9(what stress programs have you run)? If so, sounds like you are a winner in the silicon lottery.

Yea I got extremely lucky with this i7 6700k. I've never hit 5 ghz which is why I'm asking for help. It seems my setup currently isn't able to hit 5ghz with a max temp of 82C of 1.4v at 4.9 ghz. I was able to run a 12 hr Aida 64 successfully. I know aida 64 doesn't stress the cpu as hard as realbench or prime95, etc. but I only use my PC for gaming, watching movies, or surfing the web. I'm afraid to increase the voltage any higher until after I either upgrade my fans, reapply thermal paste, or delid the cpu. I hope I don't break the cpu while delidding lol

Base max temp on real world use. Probably run cooler than Aida does anyways.

I'm a little concerned on the max temps, as from what Intel has listed, Skylake max temps are 10c lower than Haswell. If it is below 68C in normal use, then it should be fine.
