Are Matrox MMS and nVidia Quadro LFH-to-DVI cables compatible?

For those who don't know - Dual-DVI solutions often require an LFH (60-pin) to Dual-DVI cable.

I got my Quadro4, and was surprised to note that the cable was a Matrox G450/G200MMS series. Needless to say, I'm rather perturbed with the seller - and rapidly approaching "pissed". DVI is not working.

Celeron 1.30GHz
PNY Quadro4 NVS 280
VIA Pro133A (Tualatin) chipset
512MB PC133
AGP4X mode

So, anyone want to tell me if there's some magic trick that I'm missing here, or if I need to go headhunting?

Like the Video forum "regulars" would know what I'm talking about. They don't know anything besides "nVidai is teh suck" and "ATI blowx0rz". :p

I figure a question about cable pinout mappings is "technical" enough.

dual dvi is fairly proprietory since it's not really a "standard."

I did a little further digging and made a couple phonecalls. Looks like you're right, Mday. :(

/goes to box up Quadro and bundled Matrox cable to return to seller
/opens second browser window to Video Forum and searches for "Dual DVI cards"
