Are included SATA cables 6.0 GB?

Anyone know if the two SATA cables included with the ASRock Z68 Pro3 support 6.0 GB throughput? I didn't see anything in the manual, but am assuming this is the case since the motherboard includes 2 SATA 3 6.0 GB ports?

After doing some research, it looks like it doesn't matter. Sata2 vs Sata3 cables is a gimmick for the most part, and unless the Sata2 cables are unusually poor quality, both should easily support 6.0 GB/s.

It probably doesn't make a difference, but I seem to recall that my Asus Sabertooth X58 motherboard came with a total of 4 SATA cables, two of which were clearly maked as SATA2 and two of which were marked as SATA3. The only visual difference between the two was that the 3 cables had a different-colored and beefier-looking locking system at each end of the cable.
