Nope, I haven't seen it yet and got weird looks from friends when I said "I really have no interest in seeing it."

However, the wife has an interest and we got some theater gift cards for Christmas, so chances are I will cave in and see it soon.
 
I haven't seen it because I don't see the appeal of it. I know that it's supposed to have some deeper meaning and is a commentary on our existing social structure but it's just not a movie for me.

Plus why the heck would the alien women have breasts if they weren't going to be useful at all. My god, no shots of them nursing their young with them breats or shooting poison or missiles out of them, and they're supposedly advanced species than human?

IMO, based on the trailers I've seen, it looks too "cartoonish" to justify all the hype and uproar we see/read here.
 
I haven't seen it either. Not sure if I will in the theaters. I want to check out the 3D effects but don't know if I can sit through the stale plot.

I'm already bothered enough by regular frame rates on movies. With reports of many people noticing stuttering from panning with 3d, I'm worried that it will bother me. I'm pretty sensitive to frame rate / stuttering type effects.

I guess that depends on the type of 3d theater you go to though.

Sound is where it's at. As far as I'm concerned the best movie is no movie! Imagine being able to LISTEN to an entire presentation and "see" everything unfold inside your mind purely on psychoacoustics! A proper stereo setup is all that's needed too! 😉
