Are current FM2 CPUs based on bulldozer or piledriver?

Piledriver only. Richland refresh that started shipping to OEMs is also tweaked 32nm Trinity die based on PD core. Later in the year AMD will launch Kaveri which should be FM2 compatible also. It will be based on next gen Steamroller x86 core and Graphic Core Next on-die GPU (28nm chip).

Piledriver. AMD never made an APU with a Bulldozer CPU core. The first APU's had Athlon II cores in them.

PD actually runs more efficient on FM2. I think there is an added instruction set it has and also no L3 cache which I hear is quite useless on the BD architecture.
