No, you will get brain cancer and die. The companies have bribed the FCC to allow them, don't use a cellphone. It's a conspiracy I tell you!

Cellphones have been used since the '80s. If they were unsafe, we'd know about it.

I assuming you're talking about RF emissions. AFAIK, there have been no definitive studies proving a direct link between cell phone usage and health problems like cancer in humans. If I spent a lot of time on my phone, then I'd maybe be concerned, but I spend about 10 minutes a day on it so I'm not really all that worried.

I just can't imagine that using cell phones and having all that radiation next to your head isn't going to cause you cancer

I'm more concerned about people driving with them then I am about getting cancer from them.

Don't all the newer cell phones have reduced emissions? Far below what was acceptable when they first came out?

The digital phones use less power compared to analog. They also change their signal strength based upon reception IIRC. Also, manufacturers are now factoring in emissions in designs. So basically yes, today's phones have much lower emissions than older ones.

Studies have proven that cell phone users have a higher death-rate than non-cell phone users.

The excess deaths are caused by road traffic accidents.
