Are bad clusters the same as bad sectors?

I have a Maxtor 60GB 7200 RPM HD and just ran WinXP disk check and it replaced 4 bad clusters. Are these the same as a bad sector and should I start worrying about this drive dying. When I run chkdsk and the summary shows up with your HD stats, it says that there are no bad sectors?

Bad Clusters - corrupt data (can be caused by machine crashing whilst writing to hard drive etc) - to fix simply delete the corrupt data.
Bad Sectors - physically damaged hard drive platter - is no fix but can mark sectors as bad to prevent further writing to damaged area.

Don't worry - your hard drive is fine.
