That sounds so incredibly wrong.

We haven't had a Hardees around here in Years! The closest thing we've got is Arby's and Arby's 0wnz Hardees. :D Actually Mickey D's pile of sh** food 0wnz Hardees. I'm kinda glad that they're going out.

NFS4,

There is still an open Hardees at Avent Ferry and Gorman in Raleigh.

Down past Mission Valley?? Right there by the Food Lion (I think that's the supermarket)?? Bah, I never go down that far way anyway :p I usually go down to the burger King by Blockbuster on Avent Ferry, then head back towards campus:D

Yeah thats the one......I live about a mile more down Gorman so that is why I knew it was still open :)

BTW since moving up here, I have come to love Mission Valley theater. Drinking a beer and watching a movie can't be beat.

My second job :)

Worked at two different Hardee's, Millvale (Pittsburgh) and Cranberry Township (1-79 at Rt. 19) for total about 2 years, 1981-82.

The good 'ol days...eating pickles ice-cold from the bucket in the walk-in refrigerator.....eating frozen chocolate-chip cookie dough (just the broken ones!).....*sigh*

;)

We had a Hardees here in eastern PA. Closed down about 6 years ago. It's now an Auto Zone. I miss the mushroom-swiss burger. They were good.

They all closed in florida about 15-20yrs ago.

I went to one on a business trip a while back and it sucked. Carl Jr's was much better, but, no better than McD's or BK.

I'm rather fond of Checkers at the moment, if I have to go with fast food burgers. Second choice = Wendy's.

All the stand alone arby's are going under here. The only Arby's to survive are in the mall food courts.

Cheers,

Man, check out hardees again.

Other then having to take a bath after you eat it, the six dollar burger is pretty damn good.

So is hte star burger. Unless yoju're just a fry whore like me, Hardees beats the pants off of mcDonalds. And their fried chicken is pretty tastee too.

BTW. There's hardees all over further south from you NFS4. In Cary, in Apex, Sanford.....hell there's two hardees in sanford w/i about 3 miles of each other

I hate to break it to ya but Carl Jr's is not the exact same thing as a hardees.....exact same food.

The ones in my area seem to be prospering. They have totally revamped their menu lately, they're trying to be classy or something. They got rid of curly fries though, WTF?

They got rid of curly fries???
That's it, I'm going out to protest hardees!
