I was browsing www.digitalblasphemy.com yesterday and noticed that around half of the images under the user gallery had naked women in them. I suppose this could be an artistic choice, but I think not. I understand that on a whole "techie" types don't get sex as much as a.....say "jock", but come on!

When will we every grow out of the giggling little boys that laugh at a naked woman in a picture.

Not really a negative thing per say, but rather a observation of our community as a whole. Just thought it was interesting.

 
I personally find the human body a work of art. It is open to interpretation and the more immature the mind, the more one will interpret art as sex.
 
Many artists draw/paint/render that what they desire and find beauty in. Is it unhealthy that many find the naked female body desirable and beautiful?
 
Maybe some of us aren't hung up on our sexuality like others are. Some appreciate looking at the naked human form and find nothing wrong in it, others are influenced by puritan values that teach that display of the human body is degrading or embarassing. I guess it depends on wether you are a prude or not.
 
i personally love the body. i dont consider myself a 'perv'. I have taken photograpy courses where many times the subject was a naked woman... sometimes it was a naked man... sometimes both. nudity is beauty.

I counted maybe 20 renderings that portrayed nudity. That's 20 out of over 400!

I think you need to check your math, Jugernot.

Hmmm.... I'm a perv but not a techie 😉

I find it pathetic when there's someone who finds the slightest impression of a female breast, then posts the picture and every male on this forum flocks to the thread. I mean, come on, grow up.

For me nudity isn't something perverse or shameful. Naked bodies of all size and shape can be beautiful. Naked bodies don't have to be sexual. Many artistic drawings or pictures of naked bodies simply show beauty and do not represent sexuality.
 
I think techies are more perverted because it's easy to access and store porn on a computer. With actual magazines and videos you'll have to run to the store, buy them and find a place to hide them. On the computer, with access to the internet, you can find porn like that, free, and store it on your hard drive. And if anyone's cumming, ALT+CTRL+DEL that ish and you're home free.

Just my theory. 😉
