are all powered usb 2.0 hubs the same?

Hi - I need to get a powered usb 2.0 hub. I'll have my mouse (mx500) and my ipod on it, and various other usb devices as well. Will it matter that the mouse is usb 1.1 and the ipod is usb 2.0? I mean like will the ipod just operate at usb 1.1 speeds? Also - are all usb 2.0 hubs just as good? Or are some better than others? I'm looking specifically at getting this one: http://www.newegg.com/app/View...tion=17-183-101&depa=0 because it's small, cheap, and powered. But I'm very open to any suggestions as well! Thanks!
