Living room & bedroom, but use tubes in other rooms

This doesn't make sense.
I have a tube tv in my family room that is high def (1080i)
My father-in-law has a 480p LCD.

tube not equal to standard definition

Fixed for the nit-picky.

Got 3 TVs. Zero are LCD, let alone HD. I'll get one once I get a job. I'm sick of staring at a 20" 20 year old mono-sound Sony CRT.

None of my tv's are HD. All 2 of them. It isn't the tv, it's whats on them. You can't polish a turd.

I have one TV that we use regularly, and it is HD.

I keep another old set for the guest bedroom, and for NES light gun games. The zapper needs interlacing to work. :(

I'm in no hurry to upgrade the rest of my TV's to HD, since about 80% of all the content on TV still isn't Hi Def.

Hell... my old 32" Sony WEGA makes standard def broadcasts look just as good if not better than my new 40" Sony Bravia.

My undersea base has a 80" 1080p.
My F15 has a 27" LCD in the cockpit
My Thursday residence has 7 DLP screens.
Strangely enough, my class D Federation Starship only has a 19in CRT, ran out of money. oops.
