It will increase your life expectancy by 12 years!!!
3-4 times per week is 4-6 years extra life expectancy!

If it was up to me I would haver sex 3-4 times per day. My current GF, however, almost makes me feel like I am a priest.
 
All I have to say is...

It's better to have gone without completely than getting some and then going without.

 
Call me crazy.. but I don't want sex 24/7... I want it alot... no doubt... and I do sometimes have... a ravaging hunger for it.... but there are nights when I really don't feel like it.... Maybe I'm weird...

It goes both ways... depends on the mood.. some nights it's more fun to make her suffer, other times she turns the tables...
