Hmmmm, my understanding is, up to 1GHz can be Dresden or Austin. I've seen them in both blue and green. 1.1GHz and up are all copper.
 
All Dresden cpus use copper interconnects. This applies to all speed cpus, not just 1 gig.

1 gig TBIRDS are made at both plants (Dresden and Austin). Austin TBIRDS use Aluminum. AFAIK, 1.1 gig and higher speed cpus are all made in Dresden.
