Are 15 egg whites healthier than one whole egg with yolk?

You're eating it for the protein anyway. If you lift weights calories won't be a problem. (Meaning the egg whites are probably better than the 1 egg yolk)

Eggwhites from an average 'large' egg contains 16 calories, no fat, no cholesterol. The yolk from a same size egg is about 80 calories, 7 grams of fat and 200mg of cholesterol.
