Are $1 bills every going to be redesigned?

Yea..I hear they're gona make the back side of one dollar bills sticky so ya can just stick it on the oudside of an envelops for postage.

What??? I spend them all the time! What do they want you to do with them??? Give them away?! How can MONEY 'fail'? >>

It is failing because banks are not ordering the coins from the mint to give out. That means money is being spent to make coins that are just sitting around collecting dust.
