Hey, i ordered an arcticcooler from Avnet and got it and the stupid clip broke off, but i'm sure some of you already know about that... but when i called back to RMA it, i've continuosly (at least 10 or more times) gotten the run around, with stupid excuses such as, call this person, she'll help you, or my manager isn't here, or something else dumb and now i just have an arcticcooler sitting in the Avnet packaging in my closet doing nothing because the clip broke off. Please let me know if anyone else has gotten anywhere in returns, or anything else of the like from Avnet. Thanks.
