***Arctic Silver III 4.99 3g shipped, 45 cpus still some left***

$4.99 is a good price. I just pieced together a system from Newegg and threw some of this AC3 in the ol' shopping cart for $6.99. Worth every penny, I just wish newegg stocked the smaller tubes since I only used it on the one processor 😛 I should probably figure out how to put it on the vid card, etc.

I second that. These people are extremely slow. I remember puchasing from them some cables and then a couple of days later I purchased a heatsink from SVC. The heatsink came few days before their cables. Both with USPS priority meaning the problem is all theirs.
If they intend to compete with SVC they will have to be a little bit faster. Since then when I see similar prices with them and SVC I simply go for SVC. That is exactly how to loose customers. Lousy tracking and slow delivery.
This way you gotta be patient and count minimum a week to get anything from them. Thumbs down best-byte.

I believe we were comparing these guys with SVC not newegg.....both of the sellers I am talking about have free first class shipping. Same price and because SVC is in my state I would rather go with them even though I have to pay sales tax (which in this case is less than $.50).

I'm going to ask.... What differences are there between AS 1 and AS 3 since I still have a few tubes of AS 1 here...

Artic Alumina is no match for AS III.
SVC and best-byte have similar prices though I think SVC has better sales/clearance prices than bet-byte. What makes the difference is speed. SVC is much faster.
Best-byte seems to be honest business, I did few purchases from them and they are all decent merchandise as advertised. Only who has time to wait week or two when newegg and svc make it in 2-3 days.

Despite the disclaimer, I got my 6g syringe from bestbyte in 6 days.
 
SVC can blow me, they messed up my $300 order for 2 weeks. Bestbyte has never let me down, and their $5 flat shipping on unlimited small items rocks! Plus, bestbyte had this deal long before SVC (search the forum if you are doubtful).

AS3 doesnt kill CPU, raising the voltage too much to overclock kills the CPU 🙂

I've heard that since AS3 conducts electrity, it can cause damage to your CPU if you are not careful. Just checking if anyone has installed it correctly and still experienced problems.
 
I haven't had a problem with SVC that they could not fix. I have ordered from Best Byte as well. It came in like 8 days, in a little yellow envelope. I ordered like 3 tubes for work, great deal...
