I ordered the bigger AS 5 tube from Ewiz with cheap Super Talent DDR2 ram mentioned elsewhere in Hot Deals. It was even less expensive and I did check, there was no additional shipping charges when I added it. YMMV, no flame intened. uncouth from duluth - now that's a good one.

AS5 has become the standard that all other TIM's are judged against. AS5 is one of the best TIM's out there.....not the best, mind you. Coollaboratory Liquid PRO Metal seems to hold that distinction, but with all the caveats using Coollaboratory's product (it's electrically conductive, it's corrosive to aluminum, it can short your board out if any gets on it, hard to clean off after use, etc.), AS5 is probably the best bet these days for good preformaning TIM's.

i am no builder but have put together about 10 systems in the past year all with AS5. Still have enough left to do some more. 50 cents per use for quality stuff... Hard to argue with that.
