Arctic Silver 2... any better?

is Arctic Silver 2 any better then the first one? I currently have RS grease on my Duron 800.

On a socket-a Platform, usually wont' measure any change. On a p3/internal diode reading, 1-2C is the norm(versus Arctic Silver I) depending on application method/thickness.

thecoldshop has a test comparing both socket-thermistor adn their own peltier rig. THe Peltier rig showed a 2-3C change.
