Is the cost worth it over the stock cooler or is the tuniq more worth it (2x freezer price)? and do any of you know the FSB hole for the DS3?
 
I use this one. If you're into gaming or anything that is processor intensive, it's always worth to spend the extra $$ on good cooling.
 
well on my S3, with the E4300, I don't have a hole, just a ceiling at around 370mhz. Don't know what CPU your talkin about though.

Also, I've seen lots of complaints about the mounting method of the Freezer 7 (same stupid little pins as the stock cooler)
 
I don't think it's worth the extra cost. Just look at max overclocks. Highest Stable Overclock The Tuniq Tower doesn't really give a much higher overclock. Only a couple of percent difference at most compared to the average heatsinks they've tested.
