they say u can't use them as intake fans,, why not,, I've got glue,, and cant' u just mount it outside of the case if u really want to...

Which way does it blow,, against the grill ,, or does it suck in from the grill
 
The flat, normal side is what attaches to the case, so it pushes air that way.

Mounting it outside would increase the external noise, in part defeat the purpose of this fan unless you downvolt it so much that it's really really quiet, then maybe a Nexus/etc. would suit you better. You could figure out some way to connect it internally as an intake fan. If so, let us know how you do it and how well it works.
