Depending on where you live (shipping prices seem to vary widely) Provantage has this for $15.07 + s/h. I actually got the Intel version which is a little more ($16.36 + s/h) and it came to under $22 shipped to my area. May be worth checking out for a small savings depending on your location.

sorry for bringing back a dead thread but i bought this off of newegg, it was the cheapest in the end. this looks to be a great cooler since i still have the stock HSF on my 3000+ and it gets REAL loud when im playing games or lookin up naughty stuff hehehe. hopefully this will be a lot quieter and cool better too

Unfortunately, my motherboard only has fan speed control for newer (AM2) PWM-controlled fans. This sucker ran at full blast all the time. Not super loud, but not what I wanted. I ordered an Alpine 7, the PWM-controlled fan version for Intel chips, for $13 shipped and have an extremely quiet setup now. I figured it was better than waiting for the PWM (AM2) version or putting up with the fan on full blast.
