Front page of CNN says he died this evening.


. . . at least for now. Apparently his doctor is someone named Herbert West.
 
yes, he died at 3:30 am Thu morning(Nov 11) Paris time, that's 9:30 pm wednesday night (Nov 10) east coast USA timezone. Funny that for a few days now they were saying the funeral is scheduled for Friday, even though he didn't officially "die" until now. Actually there are many funny things in this story, like when he's wife called Al Jazeera TV on monday and told them that he is fine and he's going home, even though it's now known he's been in a coma since last wednesday. That's when the first reports of him being braind-dead and/or clinically dead started to appear, and also when sources in the hospital were (anonymously) quoted as saying his in a irreversible coma.
 
Hes muslim & he dies on the most religious day in Islam, damn from what I know about the religion he goes straight to heaven as you are not judged on this day.
