that matrox screensaver does look awesome though. too bad it appears to be very resources intensive.

Looks good but I am disappointed that there are no POV toggles or a free nav feature (using mouse for example) like the ATi Demos. That would be awesome.

Also, the colour of the Balistoides conspicillum is way off! I guess the programmers had a bad reference picture. Nitpicking for sure, but any reef diver or curator will pick this out easily.

You probably dont have TnL enabled. It transformed a couple moving rectangles into something amazing.

I don't think it (Matrox Reef Demo) can be turned into a screensaver. I wouldn't want it to be anyways - a "saver" that eats CPU cycles like popcorn and stresses my GPU isn't something I want.

I'm not in front of my computer once the screensaver kicks in, so why would I want a resource hog tying up my system, especially when nobody's going to see it? I'll stick with the non-intensive ones that come with XP, thanks.

On my 9700 pro if I did the "Emulate HW TnL Caps" it was a slideshow, but with just the "Matrox Reef Demo Fix" checked it was smooth
