Aquamark3 video card benchmark

I have been benchmarking my 6600gt with a 3000+ winchester and my aq3 scores just keep getting lower each time I benchmark. The first time I got 50,500, then 50,250, then 50,000, and now 49,600. Nothing has changed, the card isn't oc'ed, cpu not oc'ed, same drivers each time, cool+quiet is off, why's this happening? Is my card too hot? It gets up to about 60C. I don't know what's wrong, 900 points is a good bit of variation.

Man, now I got 38,000 points what's wrong, that's a serious drop. 10,000 points?

Please help, is my video dying or something?

Do you notice any difference in games? Did you run any other benchmarks to see if their score drops too? Maybe your computer is being invaded by spyware? Check out all the possibilities.

I don't have any other benchmarks, are there any decent free one that aren't huge downloads(less than 10mb?). Games don't really seem different.

Edit: ran ad aware with newest updates, found no critical spyware. Running antivirus scan now.

I think I know why I got 38000 on that one bench, my card slows down to 300 core when in 2d mode. I think the card "forgot" (for lack of a better term) to go to 3d mode when in the benchmark. I tested the card at 300 core in 3d mode(underclocked it to 300) and got 38000. So that's my guess.
