Hi there, I'm planning to take up a short course and is thinking of trying out aqua aerobics. My main aim is to tone up my legs and arms, will aqua aerobics be useful?
Depends on many factors like age and general fitness. For the vast majority weight training will produce better results and more quickly than aqua aerobics
