I ended up calling a drunk driver in on my birthday! (and it wasn't me.)

Went to cash in some scratch offs at 10PM and here's a car with whiskey plates (minnesota thing) driving all over the road... followed them until a sheriff got behind me and dispatch told me to get out of the way. Deputy called about an hour later and said they arrested the woman who was highly intoxicated.

Very interesting evening!
