Hi, I would just like to know if everyone has a Local Settings\Apps\Manifests Folder in there Windows XP Operating System. I've never seen it in my old computer and everytime I delete it, it just keeps coming back. I have no idea what it is or where it came from, does everyone have this? It has me concerned, any help would be appreciated.
 
I've used the newest version of Ad-Aware and Norton Antivirus 2006 with Spyware Removal and none of them came up with anything wrong.
 
Then what's the problem? Do you delete every folder that you don't know all about?

If you're really curious, there's those file monitor programs that can supposedly tell you who did what to the filesystem when and you can see what's making the folder.
