Approx. worth of a used, s754 A64 3700+?

Hello,

I've got an older system I no longer have any real use for, so I thought I'd go ahead and sell each component individually on the classified forums. I'm kind of stumped what to do about the CPU though, as I want to give a fair price.
As the topic title states, it's a socket 754 Athlon 64 3700+ Clawhammer. A few sites have it retailing new for over $300.

$100-120 shipped would be about right, for the processor and stock heatsink. Newegg was selling a Venice 3400 (2.4 Ghz, with 512KB of L2 cache) for $99, with a Biostar motherboard, not long ago. It's sold out now, but other places (Fry's, for instance) are offering similar deals.
