Applying for Welfare in ANY language???? WTF?

Right now I've seen welfare applications available in any language. Do you think that should be allowed? Just curious...... I know I don't think so....

Thats what I say...... unless the person REALLY in need of it. And I'm not talking about poppin out a kid every 5 years to stay on the system!
