Application, Time, Download logging

Looking to find a software solution for a client to monitor productivity. Don't neccessarily need to log keystrokes (that's a tad excessive), but would like to see things like how long someone is playing solitaire, what sorts of things they're downloading, etc. (The solitaire angle is more important right now than actual download logging). Their using a hybrid XP Home and 98SE network and I'm able to administer most things remotely.

Ideas/Suggestions/Tips?
