I work at a small consulting company and we are looking for an applicant tracking software for our HR department. I found these 3 open source softwares:

Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook all use Jobvite as their ATS.

ANTS is a popular free one, and you can go play around on iKrut without bothering to even create an account, if you want.

Jobvite isn't free, and it's more of a social sourcing tool than an actual ATS.
