The trouble about all these apocalyptic Japanese anime ?anti-war? movies is that the gun battles and post-nuclear wastelands look so cool. Further undercutting Shinji Aramaki?s feature about a cute young lady (she?s beautiful and blond, but has police and SWAT experience, in case you wondered) who finds herself on a planet run by ?bio-roids? is the inane script filled with unintentionally funny dialogue. Nice-looking vision, but it?s no ?Akira? or ?Ghost in the Shell.?

eh, i've seen ghost in the shell 1 and 2, and apple seed 2004. ghost in the shell is overrated, it has some pretty animation, but is filled ot the brim with pointless philosobabble. apple seed does what it does pretty well, anime action and future tech🙂 i also like the full 3d cell shading. its not jaring like the bad mixture in gits2.
