Applebee's riblets

has anybody tried these yet? are they good?

what are these? beef? pork? reconstituted miscellaneous sphincters?

[edit: typo]

Yes, they do have an all you can eat promotion on right now, and it only costs a dollar or two more than WYSIWYG basket.

As for the taste, I really like them if I'm in the mood for a sweet sauce. Gates BBQ is good if I want spicy. 😀

I didn't like them when I had them. Too fatty, too much bone and not enough meat.

that's exactly why i'd only eat them during these all-you-can-eat promos.... otherwise its a waste of money.

yeah, definately not enough meat for $10. But they're soooo gooooood 😀 😛

<-- had them last night for dinner

They have got a good flavor, but there is just not enough meet on them to call it a meal. Probably why they are running the all you can eat special, because you would need 6 of their portions of them to conquer your hunger.

All Applebees food sucks except for riblets and the GIANT BEERS. After a few of those guys you dont care what the food is like.

these riblets taste terrible, like processed pork, mostly fat and no meat. i had some the other day, ate one serving and that was it. yuk.

if you like eating fat, hey, then this is for you 🙂

riblets are the left overs from when they cut the real slabs of ribs... they used to just toss away the meat.. but with a lil BBQ, they can be quite tasty
