i like lots of stuff, but a color screen is pointless, its too small to watch movies on, viewing a pic that small is moronic. color on phones is also stupid, all a phone needs to do is make and receive calls and take messages, someone needs to make a 30$ phone that does that so im not forced to buy a 300$ phone when mine breaks again

I like the fact that it displays album cover art while playing. I wish more players featured that.

However, all you PC iPod fanboys shouldn't wet your drawers just yet...how do you plan on syncing with iPhoto?
Anyways, it's just a rumor. I know that Apple is very secretive about their designs, but this just seems to be a step in the direction Jobs has said he didn't want the iPod to go.

you can easily buy an old $30 monochrome phone on ebay.

i'll bet it's YOU who want a nice $300 phone with a COLOR DISPLAY.

why doesnt my pda have a 60gb drive.... and the real short 6-8 hour battery life JUST SITTING THERE.
about 2 hours if i am just playing music alone...

Actually they cite ThinkSecret, and ThinkSecret usually is correct. Given they were not entirely correct about the new design of the iMacs or the displays, they have been correct more times than any other place. So technically still a rumor, but with some credibility behind it.

samsung a310, my dad had the same phone, his broke, cheapest one he coudl get to relace it cost him 230$

I hate OLEDs. My current MP3 player has one, and the damn thing is impossible to see in sunlight (even a bit of sunlight). It's gorgeous indoors, but i hope that if they use an OLED, they somehow make it with better visibility in sunlight.
